We often buy things using fractions of a kilogram. We may ask for half () a kilogram or a quarter () or three-quarters () of a kilogram (kg). These fractions may also be asked for in grams (g).
There are 1000 g in 1 kg. A half a kilogram is 500g, a kilogram is 250 g and kilogram is 750 g.
